Simon Wickenden
Wine Wizard
Simon has been trained in the Cavavin school in France passing the wine merchant certification. He has also been a member of a wine society for 20 years and enjoyed a career in property and
hospitality bringing a wealth of customer service experience and hospitality knowledge.
Tara Barrett
Star Sommelier
Tara brings 15 years of experience in hospitality, with a strong background in creating memorable
guest experiences. She holds a Level 2 Wine WSET qualification, reflecting her solid foundation in
wine knowledge and service, she is soon to start her Level 3 qualification.

Dedbest Distillery
The friendship of Bob Dedman and Damian Best was born in a bar. Seems fitting right? Over ten
years ago they first met and quickly became close friends. As the years went on, they began working
together in the construction industry. Although they enjoyed this greatly, they craved for something
more. Discussions and dreams of creating their very own distillery soon became a reality and The
DedBest Distillery was born.
